Athlete’s Foot Treatment

1 cup (250ml) apple cider vinegar
1 cup (250ml) warm water

Athlete’s foot is caused by a fungus that can lead to itchy, red patches on the skin, particularly between the toes; it grows easily in warm, moist environments (like shoes and shower stalls).

The worst part is that it’s easily spread, so early treatment is key. The good news is that apple cider vinegar is an effective remedy.

To use, soak affected areas in a mix of equal parts vinegar and water (it’s not necessary to cover the entire foot, just the inflamed parts) for 20 minutes, twice a day. Make sure to wash your feet before and after the vinegar soak, and dry thoroughly afterwards so that the fungus doesn’t spread. Most cases should clear up in about 2 weeks.
